How Can I Advertise on HillZoo?

Privacy, Copyrights, Disclaimers & Other Policies

I. Privacy
Our privacy policy is simple: Any information you provide to HillZoo about yourself while you’re using any portions of the site under our control will never be sold or given to anyone without your permission.
For example, if you sign up for the HillZoo.com News—we will not provide your email address to anyone else. However, if we partner with a local store to sponsor a contest and you have to give some information about yourself in order to win, you will be CLEARLY notified that your information will be shared with the strategic partner. Thus, in those rare instances, your information may be shared or sold … but—WE REPEAT—we will clearly inform you in advance that by entering such contest you agree to be bound by those terms.
Finally … the dreaded issue of cookies! We like to surf the web as much as you do and probably hate them as much as you. Therefore, HillZoo doesn’t and won’t use cookies.

II. Copyrights and Trademarks.

III. Disclaimer
While we work very hard to keep all of the information current—there will be times when the web actually moves faster than we do. Therefore, we won’t be responsible for any inaccuracies or inconsistencies regarding the information contained on HillZoo.com. However, we ask you to promptly point out such items to us and we will correct them ASAP.

IV. Links.
From time to time you may follow links that take you off our site. Those outside sites may ask for personal information. HillZoo.com is not responsible for how they may use such information. If we provided a link to a site you believe contains inappropriate or offensive content, please contact our Publisher at info@hillzoo.com.

V. Bad Dates, Bad Food and Other Problems.
While HillZoo.com may match-up people on blind dates and pay for the dinners for our Whine & Dine feature, we cannot guarantee that participants will enjoy their dates, meals or the weather on that particular day. Likewise, if you didn’t like the book, video or CD you chose to review for our Pick the Hits feature, we’re not responsible. Nor are were responsible for unhappy childhoods, messy apartments, congested roads, nor for that guy sitting next to you on Metro who stinks but just won’t use any deodorant. That’s just life.

VI. Changes to these Policies
HillZoo.com and LFM may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
